Happy Kicks FC – Cancellation & Payment Policy

1. Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid in advance of participation in any classes, sessions, or programmes.
  • A child’s place is only secured once payment has been received in full.
  • Failure to pay in advance may result in suspension of sessions until payment is made.

2. Cancellation Notice

  • We require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice for any cancellation.
  • Notice must be submitted in writing via email or letter.
  • The 30-day notice period begins from the date written notice is received.
  • Fees remain payable during the 30-day notice period.

3. Refund Policy

  • Parents are entitled to a full refund (minus the Β£30 membership fee) if cancellation is made within 24 hours of their child’s first paid class.
  • After the initial 24-hour period has passed, no refunds will be issued outside of the 30-day written notice policy.
  • The Β£30 membership fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.

4. Non-Attendance

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance during the notice period.

Happy Kicks FC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Parents will be notified of any changes in writing.
